A Histological and Clinical Study of MatriDerm® Use in Burn Reconstruction
In this article, MatriDerm, a single-layer dermal substitute, is shown to facilitate immediate skin grafting in burns surgery, demonstrating early histological evidence of vascularization and complete neodermis replacement within two months, effectively supporting its integration and patient satisfaction in reconstructive procedures.
